Managing Your Subscription
View Current Plan
1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. See your current plan, usage, and billing date
Upgrade/Downgrade
1. Click "Change Plan"
2. Select your new plan
3. Changes take effect immediately
4. Prorated billing automatically calculated
Cancel Subscription
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- Can reactivate anytime
- No cancellation fees
Payment Methods
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Direct debit
- Invoice (Enterprise plans only)
Update Payment Method:
1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click "Update Payment Method"
3. Enter new card details
4. Save changes
Invoices & Receipts
Access Invoices:
- Available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History
- Download PDF for your records
- Includes ABN and GST information
Tax Information:
- All prices in AUD
- GST included for Australian customers
- Annual subscriptions available (save 10%)
