Creating a professional tender response with GovBid is simple. Follow these steps:

1. Find a Tender

  • Navigate to Tenders from the sidebar
  • Use search and filters to find relevant opportunities
  • Click on a tender to view full details

2. Start a New Bid

  • Click the "Create Bid Response" button
  • Give your bid a name (e.g., "IT Support Services - NSW Health")
  • Select your organization

3. Upload Tender Documents

  • Upload the tender documents (RFT, specifications, etc.)
  • GovBid will automatically extract requirements and questions
  • Review the extracted information for accuracy

4. Let AI Draft Your Response

  • Click "Process with AI" to generate your initial response
  • Our AI analyzes:
    • Tender requirements and evaluation criteria
    • Your company documents and capabilities
    • Past successful responses
    • Compliance requirements

5. Review and Refine

  • Review each section of the generated response
  • Edit and customize as needed
